RHAM Sun will aspire to accomplish its vision, i.e. to grow into an institution for Roma integration by working on and building human and material capacities based on which this kind of institution will be established. Building the human and material capacities will be realized by gaining experience in organizing the Roma population and lobbying and advocating for the one in front of the key actors, and by conducting researches and analysis for the real conditions, and giving concrete recommendations for overcoming open issues, and inclusion in their realization.
The experience, capacities and the self-sustainability will be formed through the work on the following specific fields:

• Participation in the realization of the Roma Inclusion Decade, and specifically in the National Strategy for Roma in Macedonia, particularly in the part of the processes of monitoring and realization of priorities.
  
• As local partners of the Minority Rights Group International, the South – East Europe programme, we are planning to work on analysis of the problems and needs of Roma in Macedonia and wider and to represent their interests in front of the key actors. This is a continuation of our previous engagements in the part of promotion of the piece and stability and advocacy of the human/minority rights of all. During 2005 this will be realized through two micro studies.
  
• Together with the partner organizations from the Society Development Initiatives network RHAM Sun will work on improvement of the economic conditions for the neglected groups, such as Roma. In this regard Sun will use its existing extensive experience for qualification of economically week groups to become concurrent on the labour market and will enlarge and enhance its activities in the field of economic participation of Roma in the society.
  
• As a necessary precondition for successful integration of the Roma in the society Sun will work on development and implementation of programmes for improvement of the educational status of Roma in Macedonia, particularly through the work of the Youth Forum and the programmes for job qualification.
  
• RHAM Sun through all of its programmes considering the improvement of the educational and economic status and qualification of Roma for their easier integration in the society, as well as through its specific programmes, will aspire to reduce the poverty amongst Roma and to improve their overall social status.
  
• Using Sun’s contacts on national and international level, cross-border work in partnership with other organizations with similar character, and Sun’s programmes for lobbying and advocacy, RHAM Sun will make efforts for global connection of Roma in the World, especially in addressing common needs and finding positive solutions to the problems and needs of Roma.
