Frequently asked question

SONCE is unprofitable, civil organization established at an international and national level which actively contributes for civil integration and equal practices of the democratic rights and opportunities of the Roma.

SONCE through its programs contributes for the democratic integration and effective participation of the Roma community through building capacities, direct support, and representing the Roma.

SONCE was formed in 1996 as an informal group for self-aid of the Roma community in Tetovo. During its work the organization has switched from working for humanitarian needs to building developmental programs for longlasting improvement of the conditions and status of the target group.

SONCE will strive to accomplish its vision, meaning to grow into an institution for the integration of the Roma through building and developing human and material capacities on the basis of which the institution will be formed.
